Starting A Phi Kappa Sigma Chapter

The growth and expansion of our fraternity is one of our highest priorities. For our organization to endure, we must expand the reach of the Phi Kap experience to as many men as possible. This includes creating chapters at new campuses and breathing life back into dormant chapters. For the past several years, our expansion committee has been working very hard to achieve one of the most rapid growth periods in our fraternity's history.

We look for Colleges and Universities that support Greek Life based on shared values, scholastics, and a sense of community, both on campus and the surrounding area. This provides a great opportunity for Phi Kappa Sigma since we have a track record of starting successful chapters that exemplify our values (ie. Men of Honor)

Every expansion effort requires an enormous amount of effort though from numerous Phi Kaps including the Expansion Committee, HQ Staff, national and local alumni volunteers. Bringing all of these men together to start a new chapter is both a challenging and rewarding experience. It also takes consistent commitment over the course of many months to form a chapter. It's the journey and the relationships formed along the way that make it all worthwhile though.

If you are a current undergrad with friends at a school you think we'd be interested in, we welcome your inquiry to the International Headquarters via staff@pks.org
