Career Development

The great advantage of a lifetime commitment to brotherhood is the many experiences that you have to improve your career prospects. In addition to obvious connections with alumni, you have connections of friends, coworkers, managers and other fraternity members of different chapters. Networking is your greatest tool to be successful, improve your career options and with rush and social gatherings you gain great experiences that those out side the Greek system lack. In addition to these skills you learn great leadership, team work, management and organizational development skills that most people lack. Each activity and position that you hold in the fraternity provides you with the hands on skills and experiences that are needed from work. As members, officers and volunteers you have an opportunity to be a step ahead of others in the job search and also in getting promoted in the future.

Inter-Chapter Communication

As requested by many Chapters and in an effort to assist with Inter-Chapter communication, the International Fraternity has developed a new Inter-Chapter Communication Tool to promote communication between Chapters and their alumni.
