Phi Kappa Sigma International Fraternity’s leadership development program, Men of Honor, is devoted to helping our members transform their chapters and communities through values-based action. Men of Honor is funded by the Phi Kappa Sigma Foundation and is designed to help undergraduate members grow individually and as leaders and to deal with the many issues we all face as fraternity men. Participants not only have the opportunity to learn values-based leadership, but they also meet fellow brothers, including Grand Officers, from throughout the Fraternity and have a great time as well.
Men of Honor is an intensive living-learning experience conducted in an alcohol- and drug-free educational environment. Throughout the journey of Men of Honor, members have the opportunity to explore, define, and enhance their Leadership skills, personal integrity, fraternal commitment, and grow to expect values-based action from themselves and those they lead.
At Men of Honor there is considerable focus on the positive aspects of Phi Kappa Sigma and Greek Life. We celebrate the history of Phi Kappa Sigma in addition to discussing the issues that threaten our very future. With a strong focus on living our values and identifying change needs, members are able to develop and craft action plans that will allow for positive change to occur within their chapter, councils, and communities.
All members of Phi Kappa Sigma are eligible to attend. No previous leadership experience is necessary, however, participants will need to possess a strong desire to learn about themselves, be committed to fraternal values, and be an active participant throughout the program.
